Seems a bit comical that the electricity sub-station is "excluded from sale" leaving the property (totally surrounding this sub station) without electricity ?? Grin

Looks like I needed £19,005 - Ops Site gone for £19K. I was in the R10 & Admiralty Bldg on Tuesday - wonder what they'll be used for next?
